By using this website and booking any sessions or services with Moon Sol Studios, you agree to our Terms of Service.
It’s nothing scary — just the important stuff that helps keep your experience smooth, safe, and transparent. Please take a moment to read through before confirming your booking.

1. Studio Services

Moon Sol Studios offers self-portrait photography sessions using our in-house equipment and studio space. Sessions include camera access, lighting, monitor viewing, and same-day edited digital delivery.

2. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings must be made online through our official website prior to any session.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

• Prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated.

• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• By completing your booking, you consent to receive email communications from
  Moon Sol Studios related to your session, including confirmations, reminders, and gallery delivery. We may also occasionally send you updates about new studio features, promotions, or services. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.

• We may update our prices occasionally, but don’t worry — we’ll always keep you in the loop before any changes.

3. Session Policies & Lateness

• Sessions start and end as scheduled on your booking confirmation.

• If you're late, your session time may be reduced accordingly and will end at your schedule finish time.

• We totally understand things happen, but if you miss your appointment window, your session and payment will be forfeited. Try to arrive a few minutes early to get the most out of your shoot!

• You're welcome to bring up to two friends or support people. Please let us know in advance.

• The studio is self-operated. A brief intro will be provided before you're left to enjoy your private shoot.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Life happens! If you need to reschedule, you can do it easily through the link in your booking email or directly on our website.

• You’re allowed one reschedule if it’s made at least 48 hours in advance. The rescheduled session must be used within 6 months of your original date.

• More than 48 hours' notice: You may reschedule or receive a full credit.

• Less than 48 hours' notice: If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice — anything less and the session (and payment) will be forfeited. Unfortunately no refunds or credits.

• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours: No refunds or credits.

5. Image Delivery & Use

• Edited images will be delivered digitally within hours of your session.

• All images are royalty-free and suitable for personal or commercial use.

• Moon Sol Studios retains the right to use select images for marketing purposes only if you provide written consent. You always remain the copyright owner of your images.

6. Studio Conduct

• Only three people allowed in each session unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.

• You are responsible for your own conduct and the safe use of equipment during your session and the safety of others.

• Our studio is fitted with professional lighting and camera equipment other to help you shine.
  We kindly ask that you don’t touch or lean any of the gear to keep everything safe and running smoothly except for the wireless remote you use to take photos.

• Any damage to studio property due to negligence may result in repair/replacement charges.

• To keep the studio clean and equipment safe, we kindly ask that no food or drinks be brought inside.

• We provide complimentary water, tea and coffee - if you need a snack break, there’s a designated area just outside the studio area.

6. Liability

• While we do our best to provide a fun and safe environment, clients use the studio at their own risk. Moon Sol Studios is not responsible for any injuries, lost items, or damage to personal property.

• You're also responsible for the actions of any children or guests you bring along, including any damage they may cause.

7. Privacy

• We respect your privacy. Your data is collected solely for booking and service-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Changes to Terms

• Moonsol Studios reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the date of revision.

9. Governing Law

• All bookings and these Terms are subject to the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under those laws.
